Directions of use

Apply liberally - always use about 4 teaspoons per application!
Always apply and let dry 20 minutes before going into the sun. Reapply, reapply, reapply! Every 2 hours (or more often after swimming, using a towel or sweating).
Cover up with a hat, long-sleeved shirt and sunnies.
Stay cool, and find shade especially between 10am-3pm.
In addition to sunscreen, don protective clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. Apply again frequently. Avoid prolonged, high-risk exposure to the sun. Temperature of storage below 30°C
