Directions of use

Protective clothing, eyewear, sunglasses, a broad-brim hat, and shade are the five methods of sun protection you can use. Apply sunscreen to the skin's remaining exposed areas. Don't leave your family out in the sun for too long, and don't rely solely on sunscreen. Rub in for 20 minutes prior to going outside on clean, dry skin before applying. Apply generously: For adults, apply at least one teaspoon (five milliliters) of sunscreen to each arm, leg, face (including the neck and ears), and back of the body. Seven teaspoons (35 milliliters) should be sufficient for a single application to the entire body. Depending on their size, children may require less. Reapply every TWO HOURS and as soon as possible after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Make use of sun protection when UV levels are three or higher. Test on a small patch of skin first when using a sunscreen for the first time. Use with caution if irritation occurs.
