1. Apply liberally to all exposed areas—about 7 teaspoons (35 mL) for an average adult.

   Wait 20 minutes before sun exposure to allow proper absorption.
   
3. 
   Reapply every 2 hours or more often if sweating, swimming, or toweling off.
   
4. 
   Cover up with a hat, long-sleeved shirt, and sunglasses.
   
5. 
   Seek shade, especially between 10 am – 3 pm, to reduce prolonged sun exposure.
   
6. 
   Always use sunscreen in combination with protective clothing and eyewear for best protection.
   

Storage:

• 
  Keep below 30 °C in a cool, dry place.

• Apply generously and evenly to clean, dry skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.
  
• 
  Reapply every 2 hours or immediately after sweating, swimming, towelling, or exercising.

  Test on a small area of skin first; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
